Fuscilli with minced beef in cheddar cheese in beef stock and red wine!
It was absolute yums!!
Ok, I dun have a receipe for this cos I jus kinda eyeballed everything.
Ingredients:
Fuscilli
Minced beef
1/2 a cup Red Wine
1/2 a cup Beef Stock
Salt
Pepper
Chedder Cheese
An onion
2 tablespoons of butter
A dash of oil
Method:
First, boil the fuscilli in boiling salted water.
Chop up some onions into small tiny cubes.
Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of butter and a dash of cooking oil, sautee the onions. Do add a bit of salt so that the onions sweat and softens even faster.
Then add in the minced beef, break them up as you pan fry them.
When they look cooked on the surface, add in the red wine and beef stock.
Let the minced beef simmer until the sauce is more or less reduced.
By now your pasta is ready, scoop it over into the pan with all the beef and toss them together.
Then add cheddar cheese over the top and mix them again!
And there you have it!
